Kitchen: Fully equipped, Stove/Oven ( Electric), Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, toaster etc

Bathroom 1: shower, bath, vanity and toilet

Bathroom 2: shower, vanity and toilet (ensuite for cottage)

Outdoor shower (hot)

Laundry: Washing machine, drier, ironing facilities

Air-conditioning:  No –  ceiling fan in cottage and portable fan upstairs in Bed 2 (note: we find that being directly opposite the beach means that we get lovely sea breezes that naturally cool)

Heating: wood fire in main living/dining/kitchen area, gas in second living area and electric heaters in bedrooms.

Outdoors: large enclosed front and back garden with sea and native park views, gas BBQ, outdoor table and seating for 9, cubby house and trampoline – both child,adult and pet friendly. Off street parking for 2 to 4 cars.

Extras: very versatile - suitable for a romantic getaway,or a group of friends, as well as families with children and or pets. The separate bedroom/bathroom also provides opportunity for some privacy.
